What started out as a regular evening in doing a load of laundry ended up with our laundry room and guest room flooded from water from the washer. I can’t say enough nice things about these two individuals. Their work ethic, compassion, Knowledge Of the situation, And patience truly made a world of a difference in a In a very stressful situation. I am not sure who trains the team members in this company regarding customer service but they are doing an outstanding job. I am grateful for this company and these two individuals along with the project managers who’ve been such a help to us throughout this whole process. If you ever have any issues with flooding or mold or anything regarding restoration, I highly recommend this company.
On our way home from vacation, we had found that a hose had burst causing water to get into our home, completely ruining our living/dining room floors and soaking most of our walls. I called Big Wave that Sunday and spoke to Paul, who had his crew out the very next morning. They worked fast and efficiently to get everything dried out before mold could grow. They were also very knowledgeable and helpful with my insurance process and made me feel at ease multiple times during the whole ordeal. I was very pleased with Big Waves services!
