Tampa Bay Mold TestingMold Remediation in St. Petersburg, FL

I am under a very tight inspection window for a new home purchase, and even though the timing didn't ultimately work out for us to use them, I had to leave a review for the outstanding customer service. I was emailing back and forth with the owner, Joe, well past 5:30 PM on a Saturday evening. He was incredibly responsive, highly adaptive, and took the time to answer every single one of my technical questions about wall-cavity sampling. He put everything clearly in writing, gave transparent upfront pricing, and even offered adaptive testing workarounds (like collecting samples through light switches/plugs to avoid damaging the seller's walls). In an industry where it is hard to get people to answer the phone on a weekday, finding an owner this dedicated on a weekend is rare. If you need a fast, professional, and highly responsive mold tester in the Tampa Bay area, call Joe!

I had a really positive experience with Tampa Bay Mold Testing during a stressful situation. What stood out to me most was Joe’s honesty from the very beginning. When I first reached out, it was about two weeks after another inspection company had already come out through my apartment complex. Instead of just trying to sell me services, Joe was upfront and honest with me about what he could and couldn’t do at that stage, which I respected a lot. Later on, when things became more complicated and a second inspection company became involved, I reached back out to him because I trusted him. How Joe treated me I wanted to give him my business if I went with anyone. At that point, he genuinely tried to help however he could and took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and guide me through the process. The professionalism, communication, and honesty meant a lot during a difficult situation. If you’re looking for someone knowledgeable who actually treats people like people and not just another invoice, I highly recommend Tampa Bay Mold Testing.

I have used Tampa Bay Mold Testing several times now for homes that were flooded during the hurricane, as well as most recently an older home that had some water intrusion and needed mold testing. Joe has always provided excellent service that was quick and on point. He is extremely experienced, knowledgeable and professional, and also warm and compassionate because he takes the time to understand our situation and gives us a realistic feedback on how we should best proceed with each situation. Additionally, I most recently had a mold inspection with Doyle and he did an excellent and thorough job going through the property and spending extra time with me so that I would have all the information needed to make an informed decision. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Mold Testing!
