NanoGuard Clean & ProtectMold Remediation in Orlando, FL

I cannot speak highly enough about the level of care and professionalism this team has shown us. They were with us every step of the way helping with assessing the amount of damage we were looking at, offering to help us navigate through the insurance claim process, working with our schedule to help remediate the issue, explaining the actual cleaning process, offering next steps, explaining why it's being done, what to expect, etc. Everyone there provided phenomenal customer service. Brian, Rafael, Brian, Craig and (especially) Chelsea 😉 were all very professional and perfect examples of how businesses should be run. They deserve every star in their rating.

All staff we were in contact with were very helpful. Techs arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They took care of everything, answered all questions and gave detailed explanations. They did a thorough job. We highly recommend NanoGuard.

I was so blessed today when I was granted an appointment on the same day to have my home inspected for mold. Craig Raboteau came in with his own special brand of caring. He was extremely professional with a deep fond of knowledge in the subject matter. He took his time to listen to my concerns. He took all my issues into consideration as we were trying to find the best approach for the most beneficial outcome. He was patient and above all courteous. Today, Craig was able to restore my faith in humanity. He reminds me that there is still a great amount of good in the world. We were able to find an affordable solution for my mold issue. Thank you, Craig, for being such a reflection! Looking forward to the next step of the project.
