Our experience with All American Water Restoration started off a bit rocky due to some issues with the backend, but once Doug got on-site, everything completely changed for the better. From that point on, the process was smooth, efficient, and handled with incredible professionalism. Doug was absolutely amazing—he stayed on top of every detail, ensuring the work was done to the highest standards. Without us even having to say anything, he recognized that the first drywall company wasn’t up to par and replaced them immediately, keeping the project on track. When the wrong floors were picked out, he quickly rectified the situation without any delays. Thanks to Doug’s expertise and dedication, what started as a stressful situation turned into an incredible experience with top-quality results. We highly recommend All American Water Restoration, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Doug managing your project!
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Isaias and Smitty who both rushed to my property to perform emergency services after my bedroom flooded due to a plumbing mishap. Very happy with the timeliness, professionalism, and the overall work they did. Highly recommended!!
_____________ Great final product. See below for a very detailed analysis. To clarify and support my review, I am a commercial general contractor in the Orlando Area and have a little more than 10 years of experience in the industry. When I engage with a residential contractor, it is with extreme scrutiny and cautiousness. I would consider the review below as one of the most in depth, industry accurate reviews assessed to AAWR. Product 5/5 stars (end product is excellent) Timeliness of construction and adherence to schedule (4/5) Communication: 6/5 (I rarely give 5 stars. That being said, AAWR was incredibly impressive with their level of communication. For a residential GC, they are phenomenal. Get it done mentality: 4/5 (I had several issues that when addressed, were fixed immediately). I said this many times during our contract, the mistakes don't matter too much to me, it's how they respond that makes the world of difference. I can say for certain, if there is a mistake (and there were MANY, I can't sugar coat it), AAWR fixed it. This is what matters the most to me and this is why I am even writing a review. Turnkey (without homeowner supervision): 2/5 (you will need to be very involved to ensure quality) I had a few issues that I'll leave off this review because at the end of the day, I'm focused on the end goal, not how we got there... As I stated many times in this review, we did have Thank you AAWR, Thank you Rob, Thank you Doug and thank you Elly. (Also thanks to the support team members that I may not know personally)
