Called in to ask some questions in regards to mold that I found in my house. I spoke with Brandi and she was very helpful and knowledgeable, even after we found out that I lived to far away for them to help. She still answered all of my questions. There were a few questions that I still needed answered so she transferred me to Charlie and she was able to answer them for me. Charlie was great as well and help with the remaining items. Wish I lived closer so I could have this team working in my house! Thank you guys!
