I must say… Shout out to Starla and Demetrius for helping me with our basement flood. Any questions we had they had an answer to follow, great work and great people overall. I definitely recommend.

Don't bother for routine work. They will prioritize all other jobs over scheduled ones, as their primary business is emergencies. Missed two appointments in the last week. The first, we had heavy rain that caused flooding, and they called 10 minutes before appointment time to tell us that they had too many emergencies to do an estimate that day and asked to reschedule. I can live with that. The next week, they didn't show for the rescheduled appointment. When we called, they said that they just couldn't get to us because they were still cleaning up flooding damage from the previous week. They just didn't bother to tell us until after the appointment time and until we called. They were polite and courteous on the phone, but not keeping appointments and not calling is simply not acceptable.
