I had an amazing experience thanks to Voda. From the moment I reached out for the quote I loved how professional the communication was and how well they explained their process. Tyler and Josh were the technicians that came over and provided exceptional service. Tyler talked me through the inspection and explained how he was going to clean my couch, and he even provided an option to add fiber protection after I mentioned having kids around, a detail I appreciated. I could not be happier with the results. For a 8+ year old couch he left it looking amazing! So many stains from over the years completely gone, and it smells amazing. Tyler and Josh were super respectful, kind and professional, and I am extremely happy with how it turned out!
I knew I would be pleased when Tyler showed up with shoe covers! In my culture we do not wear shoes indoors so I thought that was very respectful. My husband and I got a quote for our sectional and area rug. They are very quick to get back to you and I was able to schedule service for the next day. Tyler was our technician and did a great job of explaining the process and any additional options we had. We had a few stains from our dog that we wanted removed and our area rug deep cleaned. We are very pleased with the results. It’s like we have a new couch and rug! Also, I thought the pricing was very reasonable. This was kind of an impulsive decision on my part to book after I attempted to clean myself without success LOL. We will definitely keep Voda in mind for any future needs. We highly recommend!
I just want to thank John and his team for making a very crazy experience easier. There was a leak in my closet that I've been going for a little bit in the attic from my air handler. These guys came out took care of the problem in less than 24 hours. Got it taken care of and now I am a happy camper. Getting ready to move on this journey. Thank you, John. You took the headache away after my previous experience with another competitor where I was totally overwhelmed. You made this experience so great.
