I had an amazing experience thanks to Voda. From the moment I reached out for the quote I loved how professional the communication was and how well they explained their process. Tyler and Josh were the technicians that came over and provided exceptional service. Tyler talked me through the inspection and explained how he was going to clean my couch, and he even provided an option to add fiber protection after I mentioned having kids around, a detail I appreciated. I could not be happier with the results. For a 8+ year old couch he left it looking amazing! So many stains from over the years completely gone, and it smells amazing. Tyler and Josh were super respectful, kind and professional, and I am extremely happy with how it turned out!
I just want to thank John and his team for making a very crazy experience easier. There was a leak in my closet that I've been going for a little bit in the attic from my air handler. I did not have much hope that there was anything I could do to lessen the discoloration and staining on my chairs because I had tried everything, including recommended “sure thing” stain removers that the furniture store recommended. But my mom has been using Voda to clean her outdoor chairs and sofas and swears by them, so I figured it was worth a shot. Tyler was the technician who worked his MAGIC and somehow removed the stains and discoloration! He was very communicative of his timing for my appointment, listened to what I was looking to accomplish with the service, set expectations … and then far exceeded them! And the price was very reasonable. Needless to say I’ve found my go-to.
