I manage vacation rentals here in JAX and just had a guest write on and stain our patio couch. He took the time to explain the process, treated my home with care, and made sure everything was done perfectly before he left. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. Ivan showed up on time and he couldn't assure me the pet stains on a rental property will come out, so I wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for the cleaning service versus new carpet. We'll he went the extra mile and did two free samples on the stains to see how deep the stain came out and it did, at that moment I was sold for the service, I added deep soil cleaning and pet stain spot area cleaning to the steam carpet cleaning. Ivan also checked with a UV light. He also did a free sample on tile floor and I loved the result, considering getting tile steam deep clean, the grout was reddish not dark brown lol. Good communication, text messages updates, phone calls, email receipt and appointment times, reminder. So far so good, 100% recommended. Carpet came out looking like new!!! Thank you!!!
