After discovering a water leak (which our plumber was able to locate and stop), we were put in contact with United Water Restoration Group to inspect for any potential mold and water damage. Teluride arrived on time, was professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing. He confirmed the leak had stopped, thoroughly inspected the affected areas for mold and moisture, and even called our plumber to discuss his findings and compare notes on the source of the leak. That level of communication and teamwork is impressive. He was also respectful and considerate of our home. He took off his shoes before coming inside and even complimented how beautiful our home was. His respect for our space made a great first impression. Service wise, he was thorough and knowledgeable.
