Had a large flood in my house. These guys made sure I was taken care of and helped me handle a very tough insurance situation. Everything was made whole after insurance sent a preferred vendor to our house who made a massive mold issue and didn’t dry out the home properly. Pure maintenance didn’t cut corners and took care of me while the insurance suggested company clearly was just out to do as little as possible.
Amazing company!! Everyone is so nice and professional. Scheduling is super easy, the consultant was wonderful he showed exactly where the problem was. They were able to start work very quickly, took lots of pictures so we could see the whole process. Incredible customer service from everyone I dealt with. Highly recommend!!
Unfortunately, this is the second job where we have had to enlist the services of Pure Maintenance! Once again we are extremely satisfied with their service. Brian was kind and extremely professional. He answered all the questions he could and left the area tidy when he was finished for the day.
