Paul Davis Restoration of North FloridaMold Remediation in Jacksonville, FL

Our experience with Paul Davis Restoration was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, every aspect of the project was handled with professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. We would especially like to recognize Ryan, Chase, and Jasmine for their outstanding service and personable demeanor. They took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we understood exactly what was being done and what to expect. Their communication was excellent, with thorough follow-up both by phone and in person throughout the project. The quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. The roofing, replacement window, screening, and piping strips were expertly installed with great attention to detail. Following tree damage to our home, the necessary ceiling repairs were completed flawlessly, and the painting of the porch area was meticulously done, leaving everything looking beautiful and refreshed. Also the perfect replacement of the vinyl fencing that had been damaged looks amazing. Equally impressive was the care taken during cleanup by Edgar and his team. Once the work was completed, the team left the area spotless, demonstrating the same level of professionalism they showed throughout the entire project. This review still doesn’t fully capture the joy, gratitude, and satisfaction we feel toward Paul Davis Restoration. What stands out most is the way they treated us—with decency, integrity, ethical professionalism, and a genuine sense of kindness that made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. We highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration to anyone in need of restoration or repair services. Based on our experience, you can trust that your home and your family will be treated with the utmost respect and care.

Paul Davis restored our kitchen after the first contractor we hired fell short. In comparison, they are timely, incredibly professional, and very good at communicating with the customer. Paul Davis replaced our cabinets, countertops, and sinks. They finished the restoration with fresh paint and back splash. We highly recommend their work. It’s been a breath of new life for our home.

If you've never had a mandatory renovation due to a leaking or broken water supply line in a kitchen or bath.....well we did! I'll simply say that "Paul Davis Restoration" IS THE COMPANY you must call to care and repair your home! Their teams were amazing, courteous, respectful, AND GOT THE JOB DONE! Our insurance company provided us with several options, and we chose these folks, and so thankful that we did because of their initial and continued response time, their product quality, and many options. I designed our new kitchen and was also able to save costs by doing the demo and removing interior non-structural walls to make our kitchen more functional and, in the end, loved by my wife. "Happy Wife...Happy Happy Life" Our project manager, George, ensured everything was exactly as we requested it to be, and if I called him about anything, he responded and answered with urgency and respect to my question. If I had to do it all over, I'd choose Paul Davis Restoration. "Thank You" USAA for caring about our forever home, our life, and we'll being throughout this feared and would-be stressful time in our life. From our first contact with USAA, you comforted us with assurance that we would get through this, and Paul Davis Restoration team backed that promise every step of the way! Thank You USAA, and Thank You, Paul Davis Restoration for caring AND repairing our home and our life.
