We had water damage in different parts of our house. Alex was very thorough with his inspection and we had the air sampling results very quickly. He gave his suggestion and what needed to be prioritized first which was our bedroom and especially our master bathroom which had extensive water damage and was show to have Aspergillus growth. It took him a week to remediate the mold for our bathroom and bedroom. Now we our ready to remodel our bathroom. Dennis did a great job in the drywall repair in our bedroom. I found his price to be reasonable for all the amount of work that was done. Alex wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work and he is willing to go above and beyond for our satisfaction. I would use Omega Environmental again and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for mold remediation done right.

Alex, owner of Omega Environmental, was hands down the most communicative, responsible, and detailed contractor I have ever worked with. I had water damage to the interior of my guest bedroom and garage and dealt with multiple delays with the HOA exterior repairs. Alex kept in contact with me for >1 year intermittently following up on when he could begin interior repairs and mold remediation! He is extremely dedicated and treats his customers, regardless of job size, as a priority. His assessments were very detailed and he treated my home as if it was his own. When it was time to perform the interior repairs (after the HOA had FINALLY completed their exterior portion), Alex stayed true to his initial estimate and reassessed once more. During the repairs, he sent regular updates with photos, moisture reports, etc. I truly felt my home was in excellent hands. The demo, mold remediation, and drywall/paint turned out wonderfully. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alex even gave me recommendations for a flooring and tile person to address other repairs I brought up. If you have any mold and repairs needed, hire Omega Environmental! You will be glad you did (trust me I interviewed lots of contractors!).

Called Omega to come take a look at one of the bathrooms in our guest house. The ceiling had turned mildly. Alex came out and took a look. Glad we called him. Honest in telling us the ceiling was dry and it was just from condensation from shower use. Need to install a larger fan and exhaust it to the exterior and not the attic. Cleaned the ceiling and wall and painted them with their special sauce and paint. Looks amazing. Thank you Omega for a great job and fast too. Came same day I called and showed up on time at 10am the next day for the job. Price was a couple of hundred cheaper than what I was expecting. Thank you Alex and Omega. Will definitely keep you in mind for future needs.
