Troy was the tech who showed up exactly on time.. Very thorough courteous and full of necessary facts.. I thought the pricing was fair for a comprehensive inspection and reports from the lab.. Would definitely recommend them we'll use them in the future.. One large spot of mold found behind a picture in a room started a process that they're helping to bring closure to
