After my home flooded, I was referred to Expert Water Removal to evaluate bacteria and moisture levels following repairs. John, the technician, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. What stood out most was his honesty. When he found no elevated bacteria or moisture levels, he clearly explained that no additional services were needed. I truly appreciated the professionalism and integrity. It’s rare to find companies that don’t try to upsell, and this was a refreshing experience. I highly recommend them.

The office has kept him informed as they navigated to clarify information from our AC company regarding coverage or lack of coverage for repairs and he has shared the information clearly and with the utmost respect and care. He listened to us well and represented our concerns to his office.
