We had an excellent experience with Pure Maintenance Mold Remediation! From their office manager, to the service manager and crews. Jonathan, the service manager, came out to our vacation condo in Orlando the same day we called. Since we live in Georgia and rent the condo out, we were pretty stressed after a guest reported a bathroom leak and possible mold. Jonathan walked us through everything over the phone during his inspection and sent a detailed link with tons of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. Within a week, his team had completely dried out the affected areas and removed moldy drywall from behind the vanity, shower, and toilet. They kept us informed every step of the way and even recommended a plumber and contractor for the rebuild. From start to finish, everything was handled quickly, professionally, and with great communication. Our condo was back to normal and looking flawless, within a week of that first call! On time, honest, reasonably priced, and truly above-and-beyond service. We couldn’t recommend them more!
Absolutely loved using Pure Maintenance! They helped us get rid of our 1950s bathroom and the mold that came with it. Jonathan with Pure Maintenance came out to my father’s home in Winter Park to perform an inspection and air quality testing. He was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything very clearly, which we really appreciated. He identified an issue with the AC that was causing elevated humidity in the home.
