I can't say enough about this company! They saved the whole experience for me when we had a Kitchen sink line leak through the floor into the basement. Elena and Maria were at my house within an hour setting up de-humidifiers and helping me form a plan. Both she and Ty were out at the house multiple times to check on the drying and were available 24/7 for questions. Great communication with this Company! To top it off, when we were all dry, we had David, Maria and Rafael here to fix patch and paint the drywall as well as clean the carpet in the room. This team went above and beyond and the room looks like nothing ever happened there again. Very professional work. I will definitely be recommending this company and utilizing them in the future. We had a pipe burst and the mitigation person from Bone Dry showed up within a couple hours after the plumber fixed the pipe (which was late on a Sunday night). They assessed the situation and were able to offer a good faith clause saying their billing department would handle everything with my home insurance. With that peace of mind, I was able to sign the agreement right then and they completed the mitigation. I have a lung disease and it is of utmost importance that I do not inhale mold spores. Due to this he completed some extra mitigation steps and had me sign a medical declaration so the good faith clause would cover these extra mitigation steps as well. He had all necessary equipment with him and it was drying out in no time. The mitigation was fully completed before he left. Bone Dry then arranged to have our belongings removed from the basement and stored. After negotiating with my insurance company for rebuild, they assigned a project manager (Blake) and the rebuild team (Maria and Santiago from Naomy Remodel). Blake came over to take a look and then scheduled the rebuild team to begin work the following week. Blake was very easy to work with. I was surprised when I would text him during non-work hours (because I would forget if I didn't text right then) and he would respond quickly. He was the middle man between the rebuild team and myself. I have never gone through this situation before, so I was very appreciative every time he explained details to me. He remained very communicative and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. Maria and Santiago were pleasant and did great work. It's not a great experience to go through, but Blake and his team made it as painless as possible. After the work was complete, I was able to comfortably give feedback to Maria so little details were fixed up as needed. Blake came back for a walk through and we were both dazzled at how much better my basement is now, after the work, than it was before! I was able to add on a small bit of extra work and pay that extra part, which I was thankful for. I really did not want to have to go through all of this trouble again later with separate contractors. An issue popped up along the way where a toilet had to be removed to properly install flooring, after I was told this would not be necessary (therefore I would not need to pay a plumber to reattach the toilet). Blake handled it promptly and had a plumber come out to reattach the toilet without charging me extra. Maria explained to me that they'll come back and address any issues, even after some time has gone by, if anything should pop up. Blake then assisted me with getting on the schedule to receive all our belongings back. My experience with Bone Dry has been very positive, accommodating, communicative, and has exceeded all expectations. My only out-of-pocket expense is the extra work I agreed to and my insurance deductible. Thank you guys for everything! I appreciate all of the assistance and guidance in such a stressful time!
