Oleg with Summit Restoration was very professional and did a great job drying out the basement ceiling following my flooded kitchen. He was very responsive and came by each morning to check on and adjust the blowers. I would highly recommend his services.
We could not have been happier with the work by Summit mitigation restoration. Oleg was professional and cleaned out and mitigated a small area of older dry mold that we had in our house behind our water main from a leak, probably years ago. Even though this wasn't a current issue, we wanted to ensure that there were no traces of mold. So we removed drywall to ensure he got every last bit of it! He did a fantastic job! And there are no longer any traces of mold. We highly recommend him and his company!
Summit did a great job with remediation after a long-term leak that caused damage to our bathroom and the laundry room ceiling below. Oleg was on time, communicated well throughout the process, and was thorough with containment. We passed our independent post-remediation air quality test with excellent results. If I ever need restoration work again, I only need to make one call. Highly recommend.
