Came home from vacay to find we had a water leak from our MB Shower area that extended into wood floors, drywall and ceiling below. Called Our insurance company and they contacted a water mitigation team for us. They were called Rytech. They called us within minutes of talking to our insurance agent to set up a time to come to our house to assess water damages and begin the water mitigation process. They set the bar “High” for work, ethics, efficiency and thoroughness in water mitigation. Leo and Dominique did a visual and FLIR device inspection of all rooms to determine the extent of water damaged areas that needed to be dried out. They immediately installed fans and dehumidifiers throughout to get the drying process started while waiting for insurance to approve their findings and proposed mitigation costs. Once approved by insurance Dominque came back to remove most of the damaged oak floors (the rest to be done by a flooring contractor). He was efficient, neat and respectful of property. He also informed us daily of what he would be doing, when he would be coming every day and how the drying out process worked. We felt confidence in using Rytech from the day they came and the week it took to dry things out in preparation for the next contractors to come. We feel Rytech was thorough and made sure we would have no mold problems after they dried things out. We can only hope the next contractors that come to install new flooring, repair drywall and paint will be as good as Rytech.

Dan Powell and his crew from Rytech were wonderful when we called about our dishwasher overflowing on a big part of our kitchen floor. He came right out to check and started the process of drying the floor, baseboards, drywall and the ceiling downstairs where the water had seeped through. He checked on the drying process everyday and gave us a progress report until it was dry and he was able to remove the fans and dehumidifier. I highly recommend Dan and would place a call to him any time we had this type of situation in our home.
