We had a sewer line break in our basement. You can imagine the mess. After the plumber came over and accessed the damage, 24/7 was called to mitigate the area. Tim G. was at our house within hours to set up fans and clean the floors so it was ready for the plumbers to begin repairs in the morning. After the new sewers were installed, Mike came out to mitigate the drywall and floors. Mike was excellent. The process took him three days. Everyday, Mike let me know what he was on his way. I also really appreciated him taking the time to talk to me and explain what was being done and why. ;) I am looking forward to the rebuilt. Although this was a very messy situation, 24/7 has been fabulous. Everyone I have dealt with has been so nice and patient with me.. Thank you - and I will be referring others to your company. :)

I can't say enough good things about 24-7 Flood. The mitigation work was handled by Tim, and he went way out of his way to help us get everything cleaned up quickly while also helping prevent future damage. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting things done the right way. The bathroom reconstruction was handled by Terry, and what a guy. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and has one heck of a crew. They handled flooring, drywall, paint, a bathtub replacement, and shower tile installation. There were no shortcuts taken, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The quality of the work speaks for itself. One thing that really stood out was how much Tim and Terry helped with the insurance process. Dealing with insurance companies is easily the most stressful part of a project like this, and both of them absolutely shined. They did a tremendous amount of the heavy lifting, kept us informed, and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. If you need mitigation work, ask for Tim. If you need remodeling work, Terry is your guy. Highly recommend 24-7 Flood.

Tim and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They helped us through damage caused by a wax ring failure, and from start to finish they were incredibly professional, friendly, efficient, and respectful of our home. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were set up well for the next phase of the project.
