So I just initially left a higher review but am amending my rating here based on my final experience. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I want to share my experience and you decide. Victor gave a great first impression but has been unresponsive to my concerns as my house still tests with mold only 3 days after they finished the job and were paid. Abraham picked up the equipment and did not intend to clean up all the plastic that was used to encapsulate the area until I asked him to remove it. I asked him about the black stuff still under the sink and he said “that’s not mold, mold doesn’t grow on concrete.” I sent pictures of the mold testing I did to Victor and to the main office. I was told Abraham would reach out…no call was received. My husband reached out and was told Abraham would call today…no call back. If you are expecting professional mold removal from this company I would be wary. I’m including pictures of what remains in my air and sink area after their professional cleaning and you can decide if you want to work with them. I feel like I just paid $2600 to have my kitchen cabinet ripped out and dishwasher not functioning after they had to move it. And still have mold!
