Amazing company that came out and helped us with flood issues. They taped off the area for protection and were very respectful of our home. They were very informative, and super quick to come out the day we found the flooding to get everything under control. All of the gentlemen were incredibly respectful! This company has been amazing from the first meeting with Brandon and Amel. The next phase was emptying my 87 year old mother's basement after severe water damage. CC Restoration came through assessed the damage, in a day they had their proposal sent to my mother's home owners insurance. They were held up due to the insurance adjusters approval to resume the work, unfortunately the frustration I've dealt with has ZERO to do with CC Restoration and everything to due with insurance. The clean up crew came through and emptied my mother's basement, and every single one of these men were very polite, respectful and patient with my mother (who has dementia). I honestly was expecting a few weeks to empty the basement, she's lived in this home 50 plus years. They got everything emptied in 2 days, every single item from the basement was treated like it was fragile. Thank you to every single one of these men who emptied the basement Isaiah, Keith, Mikaya, David, Josh, Matt, and Marley!! You all have been amazing to work with and I appreciate you with making this entire process so much easier. I Pray I don't ever have to call again but if I do you all will be my first call. (Even before the homeowners insurance). Amel and Brandon you sent some amazing young men for the cleaning of the basement, sucking up the water and the emptying of the basement! I would highly recommend this company they will make the entire process so much easier.
