10/10 experience with Absolute Water Damage and Mitigation!! 👏🙌🫶 I rent a townhouse and my built-in humidifier apparently was leaking and my whole crawlspace had 3-4" of standing water. Brandon and his team even came out on a Sunday when it was 12° outside and snowy outside to extract over 300 gallons of water from my crawlspace! They wore plastic booties on their shoes, laid down rugs over our hardwood floors, and used corner guards for the walls/doors. After extraction, they set up a dehumidifier and several fans and then came back daily to check on it. He kept showing me pictures every time and explained everything super well and professionally. Every time they were on time and even gave me a heads up, as requested, so I could leave work to meet them.
After a significant water leak, Absolute Water Damage and Mitigation did an outstanding job of restoring my home. Their team was professional, fast, and thorough, ensuring everything was dried and repaired properly. They communicated clearly throughout the process and eased my stress during a difficult time. Brandon was great: He was honest with pricing and gave his honest opinion on what kind of repairs were needed without taking advantage of us. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a great job cleaning up our water damage. I didn't know that Absolute did carpet cleaning, but I'm definitely using him for that in the future based on my initial experience.
