American Response TeamMold Remediation in Vista, CA

American Response Team (specifically Felipe) were incredible to work with. I called them to come take a look at a leak that flooded my bathroom and they were there within 45 minutes. Jose came the next morning to start the demolition and kept me apprised of everything he was doing along the way. Felipe checked in several time during the process and made me feel better about the entire process. While I hope to never have you use their services again, I would in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them to anyone.

couldn't be happier with the service I received from American Response Team! From start to finish, they demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and integrity. One of the things I appreciated most was their upfront approach to pricing. They presented all costs clearly before any work began—no hidden fees or surprises. The team treated my home with exceptional care. They were meticulous about cleanliness, protecting my floors and belongings throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to Felip, who inspected the leak with impressive expertise. He thoroughly assessed the situation and clearly explained the necessary steps for restoration. His knowledge and experience gave me complete confidence that my home was in capable hands.

I've had a great experience with this company. They've now helped me with two inspections, and both times the service has been excellent. Felipe was professional, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. He responded to my request quickly and was able to schedule and come out for the appointment much sooner than I expected, which I really appreciated. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable, and responsive service.
