Ramm Water Damage Restoration and Mold RemediationMold Remediation in San Marcos, CA

My guess bathroom sink had a leak that we did not know untill it was too late and crossed over to our living room. My co worker recommended me Ramm told me to ask for Eloy. Eloy made the whole experience better than i was expecting, fix the issue, kept in constant communication with me. Always answered his phone or returned my calls as soon as he could. Water damage sucks no matter how you cut it but Ramm made the experience less painfull.

Working with Ramm Restoration was a great experience from start to finish. We recently had a water leak after a drywall repair person, contracted by our HOA management company, failed to properly reinsert and test the washing machine drain hose. We've had a stressful situation with our HOA and a non-responsive repair company, so working with Bill from Ramm has been huge relief. He was flexible with scheduling the inspection and coordinated easily with a family member since I couldn't take off work. He took his time explaining his findings with me and gave us a fair assessment and clear recommendations that took a lot of stress off our shoulders. I hope we never deal with this type of situation again but Ramm, and Bill specifically, will be our first call.

When my parents returned home from vacation, they were devastated to discover a leak in their bathroom that had led to mold issues. I called Ramm Restoration to help them, and so thankful I did! Their team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly informative throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answer every question, and make sure my parents understood what was happening each step of the way. What stood out most was how they treated my parents—not just as customers, but like family. They were patient, compassionate, and genuinely cared about helping them through a stressful situation. From the initial assessment through the remediation process, the communication was excellent and the work was completed with a high level of professionalism. If you're dealing with water damage, mold, or any restoration issue, I highly recommend Ramm Restoration. Their expertise, integrity, and customer service made a difficult experience much easier for my parents, and we are truly grateful for everything they did.
