My house was damaged by fire and was completely red tagged. After dealing with insurance battles I finally came to a stage to fix my house. After I found contractor ready to begin the project as we were talking Asbestos came up. House was tested and didn't know it required specialty service. Now this was another misson. This was a pain I spent one week looking and bidding for this service which wasn't part of my budget. After going through 5 companies with massive ridiculous pricing only because it was related to insurance. I called MGM read great reviews about Carlos. Luckily I got my call returned by Carlos and knew it than he was the right best person for this project. Carlos interaction was very real genuine took time to visit the property gave me estimate followed by proposal which was one of the best pricing and fair by far. From start to finish Carlos was on point with project updates multiple updates through out the day. What he committed he delivered took time to revisit walk the property with the contractor to help answer any questions concerns. Carlos is an amazing asset and a wonderful individual that truly cares about Superior Service, Quality, Commitment and Total Customer Satisfaction. The radon levels in our house were above 4.0 pCi/L. In order to reduce the radon levels, we got the great services for installing the radon mitigation system from MG REMEDIATION INC. The Project Manager Dennys Abarca from the company was very responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous to all our questions and to provide a fair, transparent estimate. The work team did an incredible job for neat and efficient installation. The system is incredibly effective with very quiet operation. After installing the system, the radon level drastically dropped to an amazing 0.3 pCi/L! We feel much safer now. We highly recommend MG REMEDIATION INC service if someone needs a radon mitigation system.
