My kitchen flooded while I was away on vacation, and SERVPRO responded quickly to mitigate the damage. Huge thank you to my insurance adjuster for leading the restoration and keeping everything on track. I’m so glad to be back home now with a fully restored kitchen and new flooring—everything looks great. Shout out to the pack-out team—Frank, Liz, and the crew—for taking excellent care of my belongings. Nothing was damaged or lost, which really gave me peace of mind. Appreciation as well to Deb for consistently checking in, Mike (Project Manager) for his support, and Julio Berrios for completing punch list items. The subcontractors (cabinets and countertops) also did excellent work. Only suggestion: clearer communication on the timeline upfront. It would have been helpful to receive an estimated completion date when the contract was signed. I ended up moving back a few days before everything was fully completed. Overall, SERVPRO did a great job, and I’m very satisfied with the restoration.
From the initial callout to the completion of the rebuild, ServPro did a fantastic job dealing with a flood in my kitchen & dinning room. Amber, the rebuild manager, and her assistant Sierra’s communication throughout the rebuild project was excellent, as was their advice / recommendations. Anthony did a great job dealing with and following up with my insurance company. If you are ever faced with an unexpected catastrophe in your home, I highly recommend calling ServPro.
Servpro did a kitchen remodel for me. They were very professional, kept me up to date with the progress along with photos completed the job on time and the price point was reasonable. I’d use them again.
