I have to be honest: when our insurance company told us Servpro would be handling our fire damaged contents, we were worried. We had seen firsthand how badly things went in two separate experiences involving other Servpro locations, so we were not expecting much. We were wrong. This crew is outstanding. We cannot say enough about Daniel, Seamus, Alfredo, Mathew “El Tigre,” Frankie, Carlos, Nacho, Saul, and others whose names we don’t have but want to acknowledge just the same. What they did for us during a difficult and painful time was nothing short of extraordinary. Our loss happened on Easter Sunday, when a fire destroyed a 22-foot container filled with irreplaceable items: family heirlooms, family photos, my late father’s piano, videos of our children growing up, and so much more. From the beginning, they handled everything with compassion, patience, and a level of care that stood out immediately. They treated our belongings with real respect, and it genuinely felt like they understood the emotional weight of what they were working with. Even small moments of humor helped us get through an incredibly difficult situation. What stood out most was their commitment. They didn’t just complete the job, they stayed engaged and made sure things were done right. In the middle of devastation, they gave us a sense of trust and stability when we needed it most. I want to specifically acknowledge Daniel. At just 23, he showed a level of professionalism and maturity that went far beyond what we expected. He listened carefully, stayed attentive to every detail, and made sure we were comfortable before moving forward. He never rushed anything and always made sure our concerns were addressed. Our Project Manager, Matt, also went above and beyond. From start to finish, he stayed on top of everything and followed through consistently. He’s a sweet, down-to-earth guy who takes the time to know his customers and genuinely looks out for his crew. On several occasions, he made sure his team was taken care of during long days by bringing them lunch and drinks, and he also brought things for us as well. If I had a concern, no matter how small, he would come speak with me in person. He prefers that over phone calls. I never once felt brushed off or ignored. He always listened and handled things directly, which was very reassuring. There was also a situation before the cleanup started where a tarp covering our contents had blown off. When he couldn’t get someone from his team out right away, he came out himself and fixed it. That stuck with me because he didn’t hesitate or pass it off. He just handled it. He stayed involved the entire time and made sure everything was followed through properly. I couldn’t be more grateful. This experience never felt like we were just another job. They worked hard to protect anything not yet finished and treated our belongings with extraordinary care. If you want people who are not only highly skilled at what they do but also genuinely human in how they do it, this is the team you want.

They have been the kindest, most helpful professional people ever. As a renter/tenant, I found it difficult to even find someone to work with, but my insurance company actually recommended them and they have been just so helpful every step of the way-and they do a free estimate. They've just been so great answering all my questions and helping me navigate with insurance and I just cannot recommend them enough. Amanda has been incredible and Iris came and did the estimate she was very skilled at identifying fire damage. The whole company has been wonderful in a stressful time after a fire in my apartment. Cannot recommend them enough.

Using Serv Pro through an insurance claim. Everyone has been extremely professional and explained the remodeling process throughout. Rudy Watzin was our painter and did a great job. Mike Gibbons was the project manager and was also helpful in guiding me through this process. Everyone from ServPro that I came in contact with from the Pack Out team, Cristina, my Estimator to my Cabinet guys Paul & Sid were fantastic. Definitely would recommend!
