How do you even begin to explain your level of gratitude for someone when their knowledge and service literally helped save your life, your health, and confirmed your suspicions of your home making you sick. Josh and his wife are absolutely amazing, they genuinely care and want you to get the information you need about your living environment. Twice now they have tested different apartments of mine helping me to discover the source of multiple symptoms I had been having, all related to black mold. It even affected my cat, and with their report I was able to request remediation, and eventually moved when that remediation failed. Had SD Mold inspection not reassessed my apartment I would still be living in it. Interestingly enough my new apartment had a flood, and is Stachybotrys positive as well, and without hesitation I hired them for their expertise and am currently undergoing remediation. I will absolutely have them test again when it’s all done for peace of mind. I am so thankful for you both and your passion towards your field, you two are truly a blessing to the community that is unfortunately being affected by mold, water damage, flooding and other structural issues causing growths inside of our homes.

In the chaos of the water damage, I had to deal with one grifter after another. Then there was Josh. He is HONEST; and just a morally good person. He is also VERY THOROUGH (he updated the report when new information was uncovered; which was unexpected, but very welcome)…his reports are comprehensive and scientific and very explanatory….. …What else is there to say…?
