Kate the inspector went above and beyond, I would strongly recommend her and Precision Mold Testing. She’s extremely knowledgeable and wrote a very thorough report. She has been very generous in answering follow-up questions over the phone and text months after my inspection. She truly cares and helped me make a lot of difficult decisions. Ken took the time to talk to me on the phone and offer advice after my inspection as well. I can’t recommend them enough!
I had a great experience with Precision Mold Testing. I booked pretty last minute trying to coordinate with other inspections for a possible home purchase. After multiple calls to other companies where professionals had either retired or were on vacation, Precision Mold was able to book us. Kate arrived early and was very helpful. She suggested the best areas to test and was able to give some feedback at the property as well as provide a timely and informative report within a few days. The rates seemed very reasonable and both Ken and Kate were knowledgeable and friendly.

Kate was on time, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure all the risky areas were thoroughly tested. She provided a very detailed report.
