I don’t usually write reviews, but I wanted to take the time to recognize the excellent service we received from Servpro during the mitigation process caused by a water leak at our home. I am very happy and satisfied with the work completed by the team, especially Mr. Henry and Alberto. They were professional, courteous, and reliable throughout the entire project. Every day, they gave me a heads-up before arriving at our home and took the time to explain what work would be done that day. This meant a lot to me, especially since I am currently pregnant, as it helped me prepare and made the process much less stressful. They also made sure all of our belongings were carefully wrapped and protected. I truly appreciated the care and respect they showed for our home. On top of that, they completed the mitigation process quickly and efficiently without compromising the quality of their work. Thank you, Mr. Henry, Alberto, and the entire Servpro team, for making a difficult situation much easier to get through. I highly recommend your services! As we move into the reconstruction phase, I am hoping for the same level of professionalism, communication, quality of workmanship, and efficiency from Right Stone Construction. My upstairs bathroom leaked and flooded my downstairs bathroom, I called ServPro and Stanley came right and gave me a clear estimate of the work that needed to be performed and the cost involved. Lawrence and Tyrone came to perform the water and mold remediation project, they were very polite and professional and explained all of the work they were going to do and it was completed very efficiently with minimal teardown.
