From the first call to the final follow-up, they were professional, compassionate, and thorough. On the pre-appointment call, Autumn explained their process in detail and shared that they even have an in-house microbiologist specializing in mold. During the inspection, Monyia—our inspector—was outstanding. She didn’t leave me in the dark. As she worked, she showed me thermal images and moisture readings, explaining what wasn’t right—from poorly installed insulation to evidence that previous remediation wasn’t done correctly. She even pointed out issues under the kitchen sink we hadn’t known. Monyia was thorough with air samples, swabs, and photos, and she gave me space to let her do her work independently while still educating me. I discovered mold in an apartment I had been living in for two months. I reached out to this business and they scheduled an inspection that same evening for me and came out the next day by 8 AM sharp. The inspection was completed very thoroughly. You can tell Michael Nguyen the inspector was not rushing and took his time. He actually went outside and inspected the windows and the way they were installed and WHY the mold was there and what was causing it . The report was sent to me via email by the next day by 8 PM. It was extremely detailed and he actually took the time in about a 20 minute phone call to explain what it meant, and what I should do going forward whether it's moving out or cleaning the furniture. He was extremely professional, but also very personable and answered every single one of my questions. I would very much recommend this to anybody worried about mold in their house or apartment. Fast Mold Testing was excellent to work with, I contacted them and 2 days later an inspector was at the house. The inspector was very professional courteous and well trained in using the equipment. The test came within 2 days and was very detailed. I am very happy with the service and professionalism, they are a good choice.
