Working with Daniel and his team at A1-Pro Property Restoration was a homeowner’s dream. From the start of our mold issues, we knew the job was more complex than others due to the multiple rooms affected and the cabinets and granite counters that needed to be carefully removed and rebuilt. To boot we had travertine flooring throughout our house that could not be damaged as it would next to impossible to ever match it well. We interviewed five contractors searching for the one that would not disappoint. We had other mold remediation in other properties before and learned that the well-publicized national contractor (think green trucks) was not going to take the care we needed on our home. A-1 Pro was incredibly responsive to our challenge. They were always very professional, reliable, efficient, and very, very clean. They kept the project moving on the timeline they committed to and pleasantly accommodated change orders we requested as our job progressed. Daniel and his crew are meticulous to details and very talented in their trades which is difficult to find. Making the decision to work with A-1 Pro is one of my best contractor decisions I have made.

Daniel and his team did an amazing job on my kitchen demo! They arrived on time and immediately put down floor protection and temporary walls for dust control. A1 Pros has all of the necessary equipment to do the job efficiently, including an air scrubber to keep the dust down to the absolute minimum.
