Eddie from Restorez was fantastic to work with. He came out to our house and spent a lot of time doing a very thorough inspection, walking us through everything he found and explaining what he thought needed to be done. We got several estimates from other remediation companies, and his pricing was by far one of the fairest. What really impressed us was how easy he was to work with. He was professional, honest, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us make the right decision rather than trying to sell us something we didn’t need. Even after he left, my wife and I kept texting and calling him with additional questions, and he was always quick to respond and happy to help. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and Eddie went above and beyond. It’s easy to see why Restorez has such great reviews. Artur is incredibly professional, informative & a very reliable individual. He came over, checked out my walls for water damage & was very thorough in doing his job. It was such a pleasure meeting & getting much needed information & help from him. The following day Jorge & José showed up first thing in the morning & immediately got to work. They did such an incredibly amazing job that I feel very comfortable that there's no mold left behind. Sprayed & cleaned every inch of the effected areas from behind the fridge straight into the garage. Jorge explained EVERYTHING in great detail which helped put me at ease. The fans are blasting, they left a clean environment behind & thanx to them.... I wish I could give 10 stars.
