I contacted GCD through Yelp after water started coming through the ceiling of our SOMA condo. Manny came out the next morning (on a Saturday) to investigate and provide a quote and was able to get a crew out later the same day. After removing the damaged ceiling, Manny's crew determined the leak was coming from the toilet seal in the unit above us and we were able to work with that owner to have it repaired. GCD also completed our repairs in addition to water remediation. Other companies I'd contacted for quotes only provided water remediation and not repairs. For me, it was very convenient to have one company handle the whole job rather than working with multiple contractors. I left Manny with a key to come and go as needed and they managed the whole project and left everything very clean when done.
