The crew we worked with were terrific. Kept appraised of what was going to happen when. The work looked great when it was all done. Subcontractors were great to work with! Hopefully this will be a one time thing but if we have another issue, I would certainly use 911 Restoration afain
These guys are awesome! Marcos, Daniel, Ben and team have been unbelievably thorough in helping to deal with remediation after storm damage. (Massive water leak that impacted home interior). They are kind, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Found them only after the company I had been using refused to come out in middle of storm unless I paid them more. So lucky I bailed on those crooks and found these guys. You may hate that you need these services (I get it!) but these are the guys you want to use.
I decided to go with 911 Restoration of WLA because of their professionalism and transparency. Marcos came out and explained in detail all of the steps that were needed. Granted they were a little more expensive than the first quote I got but I felt the extra cost was worth it. And I was right. They performed exactly as outlined and Marcos really went above and beyond to help me with my particular situation. I would highly recommend 911 Restoration of WLA for your next remediation project. 5 Stars!
