From their communication with me and my insurance, I have felt well informed and educated throughout my personal experience of a bathroom leak that spanned two floors. Listen, I am a busy, single mom that does not have time for bathroom leaks or reviews but let me tell you, this team is next level. Specifically, I had Reymundo & Nash JR on my job the past few days. They have been so helpful in terms of communication, cleanliness and just generally pleasant, good humans. And, they were helpful with my insane dogs & kids. I have never had such a good experience with a team being perfectly communicative of their ETA, and careful of the potential mess with demo. Not only that, they really spent time with me to understand the process with insurance, which is super confusing for first timers! And to be honest, the price seems insanely affordable. They are literally a one stop shop to fix everything! 1000 points of out 10. Ask for Reymundo and Nash Jr- the literal dream team. I was very impressed by Chase and Marvin, who came out from the Visalia location. They cleaned out a section under my house where there was standing water due to a leak that had been there for quite some time. This needed to be taken care of in advance of a plumbing job I am going to have done. One thing I appreciate about Chase and Marvin, besides their professional and personable manner, was that they were very understanding and careful when going in and out so that my indoor cat (who actually never materialized during the job) would not get out. Before starting the job, they set up an “air scrubber” in the bathroom above the area of the leak, which helped to eliminate odors and purify the inside air as they worked under the house. Chase and Marvin did a great job and even air dropped “before and after” photos to me so I could see what they had done. I’m happy with the service and I would definitely recommend ServPro to my friends and family.
When our house flooded, SERVPRO took excellent care of us. Jacob was incredibly helpful and made sure everything with the water restoration process went as smoothly and quickly as possible. Their team was respectful, diligent, and professional throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated their responsiveness and the care they showed for our home during such a stressful time.
