I was very impressed by Chase and Marvin, who came out from the Visalia location. They cleaned out a section under my house where there was standing water due to a leak that had been there for quite some time. This needed to be taken care of in advance of a plumbing job I am going to have done. One thing I appreciate about Chase and Marvin, besides their professional and personable manner, was that they were very understanding and careful when going in and out so that my indoor cat (who actually never materialized during the job) would not get out. Before starting the job, they set up an “air scrubber” in the bathroom above the area of the leak, which helped to eliminate odors and purify the inside air as they worked under the house. Chase and Marvin did a great job and even air dropped “before and after” photos to me so I could see what they had done. I’m happy with the service and I would definitely recommend ServPro to my friends and family.

I woke up about 2 weeks ago to rushing water over my ankles. I remembered the ServPro commercials and knew exactly who I was going the call. They did not let me down! ServPro has a fine tuned machine running here in Fresno, CA. I recommend ServPro wholeheartedly 💯! Jacob, Miguel, Derek, Juan and Patrick and the others were ALL superb. They quickly began cleaning out the rooms. Setting up numerous fans to dry out the walls and helping me pack and move things around. Removing baseboards and soaked carpet pads. They had plenty of supplies which I needed because my China cabinet was full of glass items. All had to be packed up in the master bed, bath, closet and the home office. Also living and dining room. Kitchen and family room. All has to be moved out. Derek came thru as the closer. His extensive knowledge of construction and his tenacity reminds me of my Dad. Derek began removing my soaked hardwood floors. Derek and Miguel were able to remove my bathroom granite countertop without breaking it. Juan and Patrick were first on the scene and they were needed. A lot of heavy lifting! Thank you Patrick!!! Juan made sure I had all the boxes, tape and wrapping paper needed. Miguel and Derek were the closers. Miguel was awesome. He remembered everything and kept me abreast of what was going on and what was to happen next. I admit I was somewhat in shock for the first couple of days. And Jacob well he orchestrated the entire clean-up here, paperwork and coordinated with my Homeowner’s insurance. Truly they ALL went above and beyond helping me get this situation under control. The leak has been located and repair under the foundation starts next week. Then reconstruction starts next. Thank you ServoPro. Your kindness and efficiency will not be forgotten. God bless you all! The SERVPRO Clovis pack-out team did an amazing job! Christina and Jocilin packed out my master bedroom as we are getting new carpet due to water damage. They were polite, kind and efficient. I highly recommend them both!
