From the very beginning, I was impressed by how quickly they responded. After speaking with Raul, the company moved incredibly fast. Juan and Lupita were at my door the very same day to assess the damage. During their evaluation, they ran several tests and discovered the presence of asbestos, which could have been a serious issue. The team quickly put a remediation plan in place and arrived with all the necessary equipment to handle the situation safely. What really stood out to me was how much they supported my family throughout the process. They even helped arrange temporary housing for us while the repairs were being completed to ensure our safety. I had never dealt with an insurance claim before, and the WonderBuilt team made the entire process much easier than I expected. They walked me through each step and were even available during calls with the insurance company to help advocate on my behalf. They truly helped me get the most out of my claim with very little work required from my side. Overall, it was a great experience. WonderBuilt Construction did a great job prepping our loft area for the upcoming drywall removal to repair water damaged from the AC condensation line. From scheduling to prep, the whole process has been smooth and easy. Brandon and Jesus were super friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to cover all our furniture and electronics before getting started. They even reviewed everything with us afterward to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend them!
Quality service and amazing work! After water damage from a leak, we had Jay and Roberto come out to handle restoration. They did a great job, were always on time, and came out for a final touch up quickly!
