While this was a frustrating process for us, in my experience, neither insurance nor contractors/business owners are willing to work to make sure home owners are taken care of. Every so often, even in a perfect world, insurance mistakes happen. If I believed otherwise I would not hesitate to leave a different review. As far as work goes, our situation was rather complex but the work that was done was of very high quality and it was done in a timely matter. We always felt that our concerns were directly addressed and no one within Steamy Concepts ever deflected blame or failed to respond to anything we asked.
