Steamy ConceptsMold Remediation in Tucson, AZ

Austin at Steamy Concepts was great! He was friendly, efficient and professional. We’ve had our rug for about 3 years and this was our first time h I g it deep cleaned- 🫣 The rug looks brand new, smells great and we plan to use their services in the future.

The tech did the job was great. Our carpet isn’t too old or dirty but we want to keep up with mud tracked in from our pup. I still figured it would at least take an hour for scrubbing. He was done in less than 20 minutes. The carpet looked and smelled great.

tl/dr: ultimately the floors look good, but it shouldn't have taken two times and they should have cleaned up after themselves better I have thought for over a week what exactly I would write in this review. After scrubbing my cabinets today to remove the remnants of Steamy Concepts efforts, I am now ready to write. We had Steamy Concepts out with the purpose of having our tile and grout cleaned and resealed. I also had them clean a shower and some carpet. The first technician did his work quickly--too quickly. He did not ask me to review the work before he sealed it, and when I saw how everything looked, I expressed concern. He told me that they had a 7 day guarantee. That evening my husband and I used our small handheld steamer to get the tile grout significantly cleaner. I called Steamy Concepts the next morning asking them to return. The second technician was here almost twice as long as the first technician. He recleaned almost everything (shower, carpet, and most of the tile. I regret not asking him to do all of the tile). Everything looked significantly better--basically what I expected it to look like the first time. However, I have spent a lot of time scrubbing the cleaning solution off of my kitchen cabinets and appliances. Steamy Concepts should do a better job cleaning up after themselves or using plastic or something to protect appliances and cabinets Additionally, having the second technician out was really disruptive to my schedule, especially for my husband who was working from home that day. I would not use them again, nor would I really recommend them. I am grateful for the second technician who came out. He was really nice and worked very hard to fix the improper job. While he could have cleaned up, I suspect that he didn't think that it would take him over four hours to do the job.
