Extremely pleased with RX2 Restoration & Remodel. Every employee I dealt with was most kind & helpful. Val was quick to respond and get fans & humidifiers working to dry out the water damage. Ray & Val (different Val) worked to clean up all the drywall and debris. Juan & Rogelio did the restoration, putting my bathroom & family room back together. Excellent job! Both paying attention to detail while answering my questions. Made sure I was happy with the results. RX2 made a very stressful situation so much better. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if needed. Entire staff that worked on my home was very kind & efficient. Really shows they care about their work. Very impressed with how quick the work was able to be completed.
I had both my bathrooms redone due to a plumbing issue. My plumber recommended RX2 and because they were able to start the project sooner than others we went with them. Juan was amazing. He would come in and do what he needed to do for the day and explain everything. Great communication, polite respectful and a hard worker. He always made sure at the end of the day to do a walk through of what was worked on and what was the next step.
