I was extremely pleased with this company. When the water burst happened, they arranged to have their mitigation team here as soon as the plumbers were done repairing the leak. I called and they came immediately. This was at the end of the day and they did an excellent job into the night, returning first thing in the morning to complete what could wait. They handled all the renovation as well including walls, flooring, etc. It was a huge job and this company was exemplary in all they did. Manny, the owner was involved throughout as needed, and Christine, who oversees the arranging of many things from the office is a treasure. All the professionals he sent were highly capable. Everyone was easy to work with. The company's service and follow - through was excellent. They accommodated us in every way possible. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Manny!!!

My landlord sent these guys over on June 14th to deal with 2" deep flooding caused by a burst pipe. The men they sent over ruined thousands of dollars worth of UNDAMAGED belongings. Brand new shoes that were sitting on my son's bed, out of the water, were thrown in separate bags, and then thrown in the trash. A large quantity of our belongings were put on our back patio, wet things put on top of dry, without regards to securing it or anything, and no attempt made to secure anything from theft. I'm disabled and so was unable to do much about this myself. Right now, I'm just trying to take in all that I've lost that belonged to us, the men that were sent over made this disaster so much worse. They deliberately overloaded the breakers, in spite of my telling them that they couldn't run more than one of their machines on the circuit for the back half of the apartment (a single 15 amp circuit for both bedrooms and the bathroom). On a 15 amp circuit you can only run 12 amps continuously, just one dehumidifier was 8.4 amps, and the blowers were 10.1 amps each. They tried to run FIVE machines. The continual tripping of the breakers created a fire hazard and of course, as soon as they left, the breakers tripped and the machines shut down. The two men they sent over on June 14th, and again at least one who returned on the 15th, showed what I'd consider to be a depraved indifference to the damage that they were causing. I would not recommend using this service as long as those men work for this company. Other employees were great, but those guys just cost me so much that I can't replace, as I'm now a disabled senior. Also, I'd like to add that when I called the office directly with my concerns, they decided to redirect me to voice mail (which they never returned), in spite of the overloaded circuits being a severe fire hazard. I was able to confirm this by simply calling from a different number.

My Commercial Cleaning & Restoration (CC&R) story is long and lasted almost one year. In the summer of 2024 a plumbing leak on the second floor left 65,000 gallons of water standing in our home for three weeks. Water and mold damage was extensive. 85% of the interior wallboard had to be removed. All of the soft goods, clothing, furniture, cabinetry, and counter tops were ruined or contaminated. The concrete floors cracked and the stairway to the second floor had to be removed. Our home is 3,400 square feet. It was a loss of significant financial impact. CC&R came to the rescue. They provided excellent water removal services. More importantly they are experienced working with insurance companies and documenting everything that was damaged. The initial remediation was the removal of water, cataloging the loss of furniture, clothing, cabinets, and countertops with an extensive number of photographs, and removal of the damaged building components. Mold removal and remediation followed before reconstruction and remodeling could take place. The next step was putting the shell of our home back together again. I admire CC&R’s business plan. They are not just a construction management company. There have employees on their team with quality construction experience and management. They subcontract electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and other specialty trades but not the basic work of making your home whole again. The owner, Manny Rivera, along with a talented construction team, and excellent back room, made the experience truly less painful. I always say the “proof of the pudding” is when you are all done. In this case, when you move back in to your home, cash all your insurance claim checks, and pay CC&R for their excellent work. Are you happy or mad? You now have to live with the outcome.
