After experiencing a roof leak, I contacted Arizona Restoration Pros, and I'm extremely grateful for the service I received. From the beginning, Paul and John were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me through a stressful situation. Their team carefully packed and protected my belongings, ensured areas with potential mold and asbestos concerns were properly contained, and maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the project. Paul and John kept me informed every step of the way, always taking the time to answer questions and explain the process so I knew exactly what was happening. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, and they worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was properly documented and covered. Their attention to detail, communication, and customer service made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend Arizona Restoration Pros, especially Paul and John. They went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you for making the restoration process as smooth and stress-free as possible!
This is one great company. I was out of state when I was notified that my house was completely flooded. I called Arizona Restoration Pros, and they were at my house in one hour. Terrible experience with the flood, but these people have been with me every step of the way. I cannot say enough good about their response and they have anticipated every need. I would like to personally thank Eddie, John, Stefan, Mike, Paul, Zach, Bethany, Mannie, Miguel, Anthony and I'm sure I missed a few. You all are the best!
I had a water heater blow out and flood. My plumber recommended AZ Restoration to fix the damage. *Eddie* managed the recovery team. He is excellent at explaining the process and the financial options. He also carefully supervised and advised the team he brought. He is exceptional at his job! (Now I have another excellent AZ Restoration Rebuild Mgr, Paul, to restore the walls, floors, carpets and beyond.)
