WARNING, BEWARE! This company tried to take possession of my house. They hadn't finished the job, they hadn't sent me the total amount due, and they placed a lien on it. They sent it to me by mail. The contractors they have seem like apprentices; they never listen to the customer. They built walls where you can see the difference between the new and old walls. I dealt with Sonia; she has no tact when dealing with customers. They left a hole in the corner of my kitchen. I told them, and they said they would remove it, charge me for removing it, and that they would talk to my insurance company to get it replaced. In short, I would never recommend them. I had a very bad experience.

I am so grateful for the team at Servpro Phoenix. Our house had flooding and I had no idea what I needed to do. Thankfully, Gabbi walked me through it and made sure that everything was taken care of and that there wasn't any mold. We had a disappointing experience with ServPro and ultimately canceled our contract due to poor communication and lack of transparency. Our home was vacant for three weeks. Demolition and air testing were completed during the first week; however, the demolition work was performed by a different company. After that initial activity, no additional progress was made. For a vacant property, the lack of momentum was concerning. We repeatedly asked for clarification on our tile budget and a breakdown of owner add-ons in the estimate. As the projected start date approached, we stil had no clear understanding of our allowances for tile, vanities, and other selections. When we followed up again, the response did not address our questions. At that point, we lost confidence that the project would be managed properly or completed in a timely manner. While we understand there are costs associated with preparing an estimate, we felt the 10% cancellation fee was excessive given the limited scope of work performed by ServPro prior to cancellation. We ultimately canceled because we no longer had confidence in the communication, transparency, or timeline. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
