Kory (The team project manager) arrived in less than 30 minutes, and the work began the very next day. Managing a property in Phoenix from New Jersey can be challenging, but Kasier's (The owner) and Kory's communication was outstanding. They kept me updated daily, shared progress pictures, and were always available to discuss any issues. Beyond the high quality of the restoration work, I truly appreciate their help coordinating with my insurance, assisting with other contractors, and managing various household tasks outside your immediate scope. Had a flood in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom, and Living room. Called Insurance company immediately and they referred us to Servpro. They came out right away, with a wonderful crew headed by Jordan Greer. Jordan took over and kept us informed on everything. Most importantly, he was a calming effect for us with the aggravation of a flood. Everything he said he would do he did. We look forward to continuing this problem until it is completely fixed. We have Complete confidence in Jordan and his company. The first day they were here, each, and everyone on their team came with smiles., Kindness and knowledge.
