We had two, yes two, leaks occur day before Thanksgiving. One week later all the leaks are repaired, demolition of affected areas are 90% dry, and the house doesn’t look like a war zone. I am so impressed by all of the individuals who have taken care of us so far. I had a leak in my roof and the roofing company suggested I reach out to SERVPRO to check on suspected mold/mildew. I was skeptical. I expected to be overwhelmed & pressured into having work proformed I didn't understand. Kevin came and made a visual inspection and checked the humidity. He was very professional and presented me with my options with no pressure. I chose to have him take air samples. Kevin explained the process and took the test in a very timely manner. He told me when the results should be ready. When they were not ready on the expected day he called just to let me know that since the test was taken late in the day, it may add a day for the results. Of course he followed up the next day with a call to give me the results in addition to the report sent by email. The communication, explanation & overall service by Kevin and SERVPRO was excellent. If/when I need this type of service again I will not hesitate to use SERVPRO!
