The most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had with a company was due to poor customer service, construction, and communication. I experienced a kitchen fire that took approximately six months to complete. The work required numerous corrections, and management showed no regard for my concerns after charging my insurance company over $50,000 for a job that should have been completed for $30,000 or less. Promises were made that were not fulfilled, and multiple lies were told. I requested the color of paint used for my home because the contractor failed to leave any paint for touch-ups, and management at Restoration 1 has not yet contacted me. Additionally, workers were drinking on the job and stole lawn equipment and other items from my storage shed. While the company took its time with the restoration of my home, it was very persistent in demanding payment and even made threats that the final completion of the work would not occur until payment was received. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for the check from my insurance company.

We've had a wonderful, first experience with Restoration 1! We called Servpro first since we had used them in the past, but couldn't even get an appointment scheduled. We decided to then go with a local company and chose Restoration 1. Jeff Heflin was the project manager and he was on site within a hour and a half. Jeff was incredibly nice and helpful and got right to work. The rest of the crew was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable. We had both Robert's, and Josh helping as part of the crew and they all did a fantastic job! They kept everything very tidy and clean as we were drying everything out and moving through the mitigation. Thanks for all of the help, we greatly appreciate it. We definitely will be using you guys again for any future restoration needs! Highly recommend!

The service was top-notch, 5 stars across the board from the initial phone call to the final walk-through and clean-up. I had an emergency water leak on memorial day. I called Restoration One and spoke with Chad who said they could get someone out my way in about 2 hours which I thought was good for a holiday. But the technicians let me know they were on there at within 30 minutes and arrive at the time they said they would. Josh and Robert H were extremely courteous and professional. They let me know what they were doing and why every step of the way, were careful with my furniture and belongings and left the work area clean. I'm very satisfied with job they did and recommend them highly.
