Imagine walking into your downstairs living space and experiencing a severe rain event. The refrigerator in the kitchen above had leaked throughout the night. The kitchen floor was soaked as was the flooring on the lower level. The ceiling below had collapsed as well. Our insurance company put us in touch with DryTech Restoration for the initial cleanup and drying. Corey introduced himself then immediately got his crew onsite who then quickly got all the damaged areas in a controlled state until restoration could begin. That's when we met Ralph Slate with DryTech. Ralph came in and managed every aspect of work needing to be done from plumbing, to drywall and painting, to sanding and refinishing the wooden flooring. We couldn't be happier with him or DryTech Restoration. I hope we never have to do business with them again but should luck not be with us, DryTech will be the first people we call. Well, actually, I will most likely call Ralph direct and let him advise me on steps needed.

This company is absolutely fantastic! I’m currently dealing with two separate water damage claims in my kitchen, and right from the start Drytech has been incredible to work with . My mitigation was overseen by Cody Cleckler, who showed up after hours and on a holiday weekend within hours of receiving my call. Cody is a consummate professional and he and his team did an outstanding job dealing with insurance and walking me through the process. My project manager for the remodel portion is Clint Barnett and he has also been amazing to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. Clint has been instrumental in navigating the communication with my insurance, working on layout and functionality and ensuring that I feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. Every single person from Drytech who has come into my home has been courteous, kind and professional. I 100% recommend making them your first call!
