Imagine walking into your downstairs living space and experiencing a severe rain event. The refrigerator in the kitchen above had leaked throughout the night. The kitchen floor was soaked as was the flooring on the lower level. The ceiling below had collapsed as well. Our insurance company put us in touch with DryTech Restoration for the initial cleanup and drying. Corey introduced himself then immediately got his crew onsite who then quickly got all the damaged areas in a controlled state until restoration could begin. That's when we met Ralph Slate with DryTech. Ralph came in and managed every aspect of work needing to be done from plumbing, to drywall and painting, to sanding and refinishing the wooden flooring. We couldn't be happier with him or DryTech Restoration. I hope we never have to do business with them again but should luck not be with us, DryTech will be the first people we call. Well, actually, I will most likely call Ralph direct and let him advise me on steps needed.

Drytech was great! They came out super fast to mitigate our water damage, and the rebuild ended up exceeding our expectations and actually looked better than before the damage! Highly recommend. Christian was our project manager and he was personable, kind, fast, and easy to work with. I’d definitely use them again!

After a leak at my mom’s house that went into her kitchen, bedroom, closet and living room, the plumber suggested we call Brandon at Drytech. Brandon was there the next business day, and I expressed to him how frustrated I was with a previous experience with a different company a few years ago and didn’t want to go thru that again. Brandon assured me this would be different…..and wow, was he right. Clint was an amazing PM and Roberto who led the team onsite was incredible. They promised they’d have all work done in four days….maybe five. I was doubtful, but by the end of the first day, I could tell he was right. The team was quick, courteous, and the whole project was done in four days. Not only that but Clint helped work with insurance on my behalf to make sure all aspects were covered. He advocated for us to make sure it was all taken care of and took care of things I was overwhelmed in dealing with. He was way more help than our adjuster was. All in all….five star plus experience. Thank you to Brandon, Clint and Roberto for a great job and I fully intend to tell everyone to give your team a call when things like this happen.
