Antonio and his co-workers were beyond my expectations! They were thoughtful and kind to this invalid old lady and my daughter, ontime and out here to monitor their equipment many times from the day they brought it. Took it out today. Mopped the kitchen floor before leaving. I’m not sure if I listed all that they were a part of in the choices at the bottom of this. I’m not sure what they reported to you, but they were honest and trustworthy in all of it. My USAA guy will be coming tomorrow to look over everything and plan the repairs. My plumber came Tuesday & Wednesday of last week and helped clean up the two different days of flooding . Then your guys came with fans. I’m so grateful for the good workers I prayed for God to send me!

I had a fire in my home on 4/27/26 & when I contacted my insurance company I was overwhelmed & didn't know where to start, but was told I needed to contact a mitigation company right. I contacted the main # for Puroclean & an operator took my info & informed me that a local branch would contact me shortly. Ray reached out & asked me what was going on. I explained my situation & very shortly thereafter I had a call from Antonio who was heading to my home to board up a door that was damaged in the fire. Antonio was awesome, there every step of the way & explained everything that was going on. He was at my home daily & communicated with my insurance adjuster to make sure they were doing what needed to be done. Thank you Antonio & team! The contents team also worked with me to remove everything I had in my home. They were very kind & patient. They explained things to me & made me feel comfortable with a team of strangers moving all of my personal belongings. Oscar was the project manager, very nice gentleman. Michelle was the absolute best, she handled my things with such care. The entire team was great: Anthony, Kobe, Jorge, Alexis, Greeley & Gabe...give these people a raise!
