DRYmedic Restoration Services of Birmingham was a bright spot in what was otherwise a very trying week. A very quick, strong wind gust resulted in a tree falling on my house on what was otherwise a very quiet afternoon. My insurance company referred me to DRYmedic, and they were great. There have been a lot of storms in my area, so everyone was out on call when my request came in. The owner called me back himself and assured me someone would be out that day though is was late afternoon when they were called. My response team consisted of the owner and the operations manager, and they were great - friendly, calm, knowledgeable, and thorough, they surveyed the damage to my home, explained their water mitigation services, and presented a credible summary of the repairs that would likely be needed. We made a plan for me to contact them once the tree was removed. When I called, they promptly sent out a team to install equipment to dry and dehumidify the relevant rooms. They came out two days later to check on the drying process, declared the rooms dry, and removed the equipment. I am still waiting on the insurance inspection, but once that is done I will reach out to DRYmedic to manage the repairs to my home. My experience to date tells me I will be in good hands.

They came quickly and started very soon after the estimate was sent and price was agreed to. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job on both services I needed (cleaning out sewage from cellar and adding gutters). Quick to respond to questions/requests. Great communication with them. Gutters were done quickly and look great!
