Same-day service, honest assessment, and went above and beyond. I called about a possible roof leak, and not only did they come out right away and inspect my attic, they gave me the all-clear AND flagged a separate duct issue I wouldn’t even know about — and referred me to someone to fix it. This is what great customer service looks like. Would absolutely use them again.

Tra and his team were fantastic! We had a moisture issue in my daughter's upstairs bathroom due to the builder not insulating (zero insulation) the garage attic that shared an interior wall with my daughter's bathroom. This caused mold to grow on the wall, in the vanity, behind the wall mirror, on the underside of the granite counter and on the underside of the sink. Tra and his team tested the mold and remediated. They contained the area, removed all the sheetrock, cleaned all the hard surfaces (granite, sink, and fixtures), and had an air scrubber running to the outside. They did a fabulous and most detailed job! Tra is most receptive to his clients' requests and concerns! Just an all around job well done! Many thanks Tra and Defender!

Tra is first class from top to bottom. He is very thorough, very detailed and intentional in how he inspects for mold. He’s a very clear communicator and transparent on everything when inspecting and delivering information on discovery. He isn’t going to waste your time and is efficient from arrival to departure.
