Paul Davis stepped in to complete the rebuild on my property when my finished basement experienced sewer backup recently. From the project manager to contractors it has been a pleasant experience with no hiccups. They have been very accommodating taking over this water damaged project. Completion should be done shortly and if I ever experienced this catastrophe again I would use Paul Davis again. Paul Davis helped us with mitigation and restoration after a pipe burst caused extensive damage to our home. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and excellent at communication. They also served as effective intermediaries with our insurance company, which helped streamline a very stressful process. Joel Carlson led the mitigation efforts and was fantastic. He arrived promptly, set up equipment right away, and demonstrated a strong understanding of the insurance process. His thorough documentation and reporting were instrumental in helping us get reimbursed. David Hellmer and John Sanders managed the renovation work, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The cleanup crew is one of the best I’ve ever seen. They were on time they did exceptional work even more than exceptional. They did cleanup work in my garage on the walls and ceiling that were 12 foot high and we removed all the smoke damage completely They also did a deep clean on the inside of the house for smoke damage and did more than an exceptional job. There is not one order in the garage or the house at all. I would highly recommend Paul Davis and their crew to anybody that I feel needed it in a New York second Everybody involved gave me phone numbers to reach them at even though they’re still working on my home once it’s complete completed. I will give another review and I’m sure it’ll be as good as this one or better. I wanna shout out for the cleanup crew, especially they were exceptional The people that backed up the things that needed to be restored again were exceptional Everything in the garage that could not be cleaned up was inventory photographed, and even my insurance company when they went through the item list of everything that was not able to be cleaned up Due to the pictures, they took in the inventory that they took in the way they took it Even my insurance company said that out of all the other restoration companies, they also told me directly on the phone many times that Paul Davis is way of doing things were exceptional This ensures me that all the things that are not cleanable that I would get exact cost for replacement no mistakes Again, I can’t say enough good or great about Paul Davis restoration. I would recommend them to anybody and again a big shout out to the cleanup crew. They were fantastic thank you.
