If there was a way to give more than five stars, I would. After an epic renovation disaster left every surface coated in silica dust, I called in PuroClean for the clean-up. They did an amazing job. They showed up when they said they would, had open lines of communication for questions or concerns, cleaned ceilings, walls, floors and everything in between, and even found areas of particulates I never would've discovered. They are professional, and above all else, they are good people. I can't say enough positive things about the owner and the work crew and I am beyond pleased to finally be able to safely return home.

All of the gentlemen who worked to repair water damaged ceiling and walls were professionals. It is rare today to have workers who are so polite and respectful to myself and my property. They were careful and fully cleaned and reset before leaving each day. We had a couple of issues with completed work, but they came back and corrected to my satisfaction, never making excuses or disagreeing it was needed. Marcus and his team are really pros—and they care. They don't just come in and do a thorough cleaning job, they do it with care and support. Sometimes the work they do is very sensitive.
